These Terms of Service govern the use of the mobile application "Fuel" (hereinafter "App") and associated web services. The App is operated by Dennis Donner (hereinafter "Provider").
Fuel is a comprehensive vehicle expense and fuel tracking app that provides the following features:
The Fuel App can be downloaded from the Apple App Store. Registration is required to use the App. You must provide accurate information during registration. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and must notify the Provider immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account.
The App requires the following permissions for proper functionality:
The App may only be used for personal, non-commercial purposes. The following activities are prohibited:
All rights to the App, including design, code, content, and trademarks, belong to the Provider or its licensors. You receive a simple, non-transferable right to use the App for the duration of your usage.
The App uses Supabase for backend services and Firebase for extended functionality. By using the App, you consent to the processing of your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Your data is transmitted and stored in encrypted form.
The Provider may release updates to the App at any time to improve functionality or fix security issues. Updates are distributed through the respective app stores (Apple App Store, Google Play Store).
Use of the App is additionally subject to the policies of the respective app store operators. In case of conflicts between these Terms of Service and app store policies, the app store policies take precedence.
The Provider strives for high availability of the App but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance work will be announced when possible.
The Provider is only liable for damages arising from intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty. Liability for slight negligence is excluded, except where life, body, health, or essential contractual obligations are affected.
You may delete your account at any time. The Provider may terminate accounts for violation of these terms after warning. In case of serious violations, immediate termination is possible.
The Provider reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service. Changes will be communicated to users via email or through the App. If you do not object within 4 weeks, the changes are deemed accepted.
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes is the Provider's registered office, provided the user is a full merchant, legal entity under public law, or special fund under public law.
Should individual provisions of these Terms of Service be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
